Great location for exploring Syracuse with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Conveniently near restaurants, Syracuse attractions, the Mall, and the Ballpark.

I liked the atrium, pool, hot tub and that it was in close proximity to the Destiny shopping mall and Ballpark.

When I booked my room I asked for a pool side when I got there we were located in a room next to the exit and facing the parking lot. The room wasn't bad it had wall paper that was bubbled and worn over the bed close to the door. We found a box of candy that was open and left in the drawer from the previous people and a pair of shoes that were near the air conditioner. We had to call maintenance as the air conditioner wasn't working. The maintenance person was very friendly and said he usually has to come in once a day to fix the A/C. It this happens frequently then maybe the unit should be replaced. The room never did cool and only a faint amount of cool air was expelled from the a/c. When I went to the desk to return the shoes and state my concerns all I got was sorry as the attendant went back to doing what she was doing. No effort to first acknolwedge me or even thank me for bringing the shoes or determining what room number I was in. Coffee in the complimentary coffee was ice cold. The two ice machines on the floor did not work. These are all little things that add up. The bartender who was also our waiter was very friendly. The attendant when we left was very helpful in explaining an added charge. This isn't a bad place to stay but a little bit of repair and training for the staff could make this an awesome place.

The hotel offers good prices. The property was fantastic and fairly clean. The location for Syracuse was magnificent, close to a major shopping center. It was only a 5-minute drive from Nbt Bank Stadium.

The early morning staff kept referencing "the incident" as the reason breakfast was not ready and why they could not get my family the toiletries that were not in the room (i.e. Hand soap). Apparently someone broke a window into a room. One staff member states that someone "Bruce Willis'd" into the hotel. Not really a vote of confidence.

Staff solved a booking issue (Booked.net reservation did not get to the facility). We had an early flight, and they were great to fix our dilemma.

Spacious rooms with a big comfy queen bed and a nice cool AC to keep you chill 😊. The staff here is super friendly, going above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay.

Really didn't like the $80 "incidental" fee-- two days later it's still on my card. Leaky AC system dripped water all over the buffet area -- quite unsafe.

The breakfast offerings are fantastic, with options like eggs, meat, and home fries. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making your stay enjoyable.

The room was huge and was an amazing value. There was a bed room and a living area and had two bathrooms. I could not have been happier with the size and the price. The location was amazing as well. Staff was helpful and personable.

We ended up having ants in the room the last day, at least that was the first time we saw them. Would liked to have a better selection of TV channels and breakfast options.

Clean room.

Front lobby smelt muggy ( old wet carpet smell) and I was afraid that the room also would be the same. But room was v. Clean. I was told that I didn't have to go to 2nd floor through steps. I had to carry my heavy suit case through the steps to room 201 which was not easy.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bar/restaurant and several fast food places. the rooms are functional and reasonably large, equipped with a queen-size sofa bed, a pull-out couch, and a bathroom. the staff is pleasant and welcoming, making the stay enjoyable.

Beds were very comfy.
